British Science Week 2025

The theme for British Science Week 2025 (7-16th March), organised by the British Science Association, is ‘change and adapt’.
To help celebrate this week and the amazing professionals that make up the science education world and our membership, we would like to share some member stories and tips on how you have made a positive change or adaptation to your professional practice in the last 12 months, which could be useful for other ASE members to hear.
We’d like to publish these on our website and on social media ahead of and during British Science Week.
What can I do to support?
To take part, please email 50-100 words, including your name and job role (that you are happy for us to share), on the topic ‘A positive change or adaptation I’ve made to my professional practice’. You could include a quick tip, a new tool that has helped you in your work, something that has helped with your own, or your team’s well being, a new management or teaching practice, CPD that has helped you, or anything that could support other science educators.
We’d love to receive via video instead of a written piece (video length maximum one minute), and can provide a link to upload a video to.
Please email written contributions or to request a video upload link to comms@ase.org.uk BY FRIDAY 14TH FEBRUARY.
