I applied for professional registration as a Chartered Science Teacher to formally recognize my commitment to high standards in science education and continuous professional development. The process encouraged deep reflection on my teaching practice, leadership, and impact on learners. Achieving CSciTeach status is both an honor and a validation of the work I've done to support science education and inspire students. It has given me a greater sense of professional identity and confidence, and I’m proud to be part of a community that values excellence and lifelong learning.
